Dreams
We work with people with disabilities to help them achieve their goals and dreams, whether that’s being able to go to school with their friends or managing to put on their socks independently. We work with families to meet the challenges of having a child with a disability and we are there to provide support in times of crisis.

We make sure that people with disabilities are part of the community – participating and contributing and we provide over 100 essential services which make a real difference to people’s lives. These services include:

Support for Families

• Crisis support in times of stress
• Help to navigate the system
• Respite care

• Social interaction via special playgroups
• Communication skills through technology
• Support for children with autism
• Transition to school assistance

Support for Young People

• Leaving Care Mentoring Program
• Support and accommodation to live independently
• Help to find a job that people enjoy
