May Gibbs is one of Australia’s best loved classic children’s book writers and artists.

When she died in 1969, May kindly bequeathed 50% of the copyright from the designs of her bush characters to Northcott Disability Services. Through her foresight, proceeds from the sale of May Gibbs products have supported thousands of Australian children with disabilities and their families.
