Gumnut Baby Badges

May Gibbs, an icon of Australian children’s literature and one of the country’s most loved artists and authors, continues to support children with disabilities years after her death.

In her will, May Gibbs left copyright of all her works to Northcott Disability Services and The Spastic Centre of NSW.

In 2007, Northcott launched a new fundraising program called the Gumnut Baby Badges Program.
